Fitness Classes for Every BodyThe 4,000 square foot exercise room offers a full range of the latest fitness and cardiovascular equipment for guests who wish to pursue their daily exercise regimen, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bicycles, a multi- exercise weight station and a free weights.

Adult Tennis: Beginner to Advanced Beginner
A fun oriented class designed to get beginners rallying within 3 days or improving their rally consistency & point play. Utilizes special balls, games, and a shortened version of the court to make learning fun & easier! Focus is on basic ground strokes, volleys and serve. Guaranteed to get you rallying with lots of fun & exercise! $60 for 3 day class with a minimum of 3 students required for class. Register in advance at the Fitness Center (ext. 5722). Core Strengthening & Stretch
Do you have low-back pain? Are your hips tight? Do you have poor posture? Join us in this 1-hour long class dedicated to increasing strength and flexibility in your core muscles. Advance sign up is appreciated (x5722). Cost:$15 per person.
