The 4,000 square foot exercise room offers a full range of the latest fitness and cardiovascular equipment for guests who wish to pursue their daily exercise regimen, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bicycles, a multi- exercise weight station and a free weights.

Exercise Class Descriptions
GET ON THE BALL
One hour dedicated to strengthening your core, stretching your body and relaxing your mind. This class will help improve posture, decrease low-back pain, strengthen your core muscles and relieve you of any stress.
Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, this core conditioning class will stretch, strengthen and sculpt your body!
GOOD MORNING YOGA
Hatha Yoga is the most popular branch of Yoga. Hatha Yoga came from the words "ha" which means "sun" and "tha" which means “moon”. Hatha Yoga "asanas" (postures) are designed to improve health and bring energy to the body and mind.
Exercise is for all ages. Get moving with fun fitness games on land, in the water, and climbing on the climbing wall. The class caters to kids aged 5 through 12.
An explosive hour of cardio and strength training moves to give you a total body workout. The class is for those looking for a challenging workout.
A workout created specifically for teens. The class will teach teens how to safely perform a circuit training routine.
A variety of choreographed step moves to challenge your cardiovascular system.
Work up a sweat by punching, kicking, and having a whole lot of fun.
Get on the step! Jump rope! Use the ball! This class will have you sweating and working hard but will definitely not leave you bored.
Strength training is for everyone and everyone is capable of doing it. Join us for a great full body strength workout for beginners.
Get a great cardio and strengthening workout without all the impact of working out on land.
WEIGHT ROOM ORIENTATON
Come learn how to use all of the new strength and cardio machines in the fitness center. This orientation will teach you the basics of a fitness plan as well as how to personally use each piece of equipment
