Fitness Classes for Every BodyThe 4,000 square foot exercise room offers a full range of the latest fitness and cardiovascular equipment for guests who wish to pursue their daily exercise regimen, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bicycles, a multi- exercise weight station and a free weights.

Get on the Ball

March 12th 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

One hour dedicated to strengthening your core, stretching your body and relaxing your mind. This class will help improve posture and balance, decrease low-back pain and strengthen your core muscles. Advance sign up is appreciated (x5722). Cost: $15 per person.

Intro to Strength Training

March 15th 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Strength training is an excellent exercise for maintaining bone density and increasing lean muscel mass. This class is designed to introduce beginners to a full body strength training routine. Advance sign up is appreciated (x5722). Cost: $15 per person.

Water Aerobics

March 16th 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM

Have some fun getting fit in the water. All levels are welcome. Please sign up in advance at the Fitness Center (x5722). Cost: $10 per person.

Core Strengthening & Stretch
