Hatha Yoga is the most popular branch of Yoga. Hatha Yoga came from the words "ha" which means "sun" and "tha" which means “moon”. Hatha Yoga "asanas" (postures) are designed to improve health and bring energy to the body and mind.
FIT KIDS
Exercise is for all ages. Get moving with fun fitness games on land, in the water, and climbing on the climbing wall. The class caters to kids aged 5 through 12.

A workout created specifically for teens. The class will teach teens how to safely perform a circuit training routine.
STEP AEROBICS
A variety of choreographed step moves to challenge your cardiovascular system.
CARDIO KICKBOX
Work up a sweat by punching, kicking, and having a whole lot of fun.
CARDIO SURPRISE
Get on the step! Jump rope! Use the ball! This class will have you sweating and working hard but will definitely not leave you bored.

Strength training is for everyone and everyone is capable of doing it. Join us for a great full body strength workout for beginners.

WEIGHT ROOM ORIENTATON
