Join us in our daily yoga practice. Together we strengthen and lengthen our muscles using movement and breath work that is geared to help us focus our minds, invigorate our spirits and relieve tension throughout our bodies. Classes are adapted to suit each individuals needs. Please arrive at least 5 minuets early. Beginners and intermediate students are welcome. Advance registration is recommended (x5722). Cost: $15 per person.
