Come to our daily yoga classes to strengthen and lengthen your muscles through multiple exercises and proper alignment. Practice breathing techniques to focus your mind, enhance your balance and relieve tension throughout your body. Follow carefully guided movements to increase your blood circulation, feel lighthearted, physically invigorated and clearheaded.

Good Morning Yoga: All Levels

Join us in our daily yoga practice, together we strengthen and lengthen our muscles, in a deep and gentle way, we use movement and breath-work geared to help us focus our minds, invigorate our spirits and relieve tension throughout our bodies. All levels of students are welcome. Call to reserve a space in class (x5722). Drop-ins are welcome. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Cost: $15 per person. Come with an empty stomach and a well hydrated body!
