It's a deli and a bakery!The Trapp Family Lodge new DeliBakery offers a variety of baked goods, soups, pasta dishes, salads, deli meats, stews, salads along with pre-made meals. The meals will change according to the season and what produce we have fresh in our garden.

Intermediate Baking Class
Come and join Chef Dan and his staff for an intermediate level baking class! This fun and informative class will feature slightly more advanced baking and pastry making methods and techniques not covered in the basic Baking Class on Wednesday. Previous Baking Classes or home baking experience is helpful, but certainly not necessary. Projects will vary week to week, so please call the DeliBakery direct for more information or to sign up at 253-5704. Space is limited, so please reserve your spot in class by Wednesday at 4:00pm.
