Special Function MenusOur Executive Chef, offers the following menu suggestions for your wedding reception. Please keep in mind that these are samples and we are receptive to menu ideas you may have.
You may choose to offer up to three different menu selections. We will try to accommodate any dietary concerns with special menu selections, if given advance notice. Depending upon your tent arrangements, outdoor functions may be plated or buffet style, which could include chefs serving your guests. Other Dining Possibilities If you are traveling from out of town, you might consider turning your wedding into a full weekend celebration. Trapp Family Lodge would be honored to host your rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, or special brunch.
