The Main Dining Room
The Dining Room is open for Breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:30 am daily. Reservations are not required.
Dinner is served from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm daily. Reservations are required.
For Dinner - Candlelight and classical harp music create the perfect setting for an intimate dinner. Our sommelier will introduce you to award-winning wine list. The wait staff offers attentive service at a relaxed pace. This expansive wood-paneled room provides diners with beautiful mountain views. The Salzburg Room, a private dining room, is available for groups up to 40 people.
For Breakfast - Enjoy our country breakfast buffet consisting of freshly baked pastries, cereals, fresh fruit and juice. Popular entrees include Stuffed French Toast, Griddlecakes, Belgian Waffles and Omelets. And of course, Vermont maple syrup from our own sugar house.
Chef Juergen Spagolla was born and raised in Rankweil/Vorarlberg, Austria. Chef trained from 1982 to 1985 in Austria and worked at five-star properties in Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Italy. Chef Juergen has appeared on the food network, "2001 Best of Stowe", and was a guest chef at the Wine & Food Festival at Disneyworld, Florida in 2004. Chef Juergen has been with Trapp Family Lodge since 2000.
