Periodically we are looking for Maintenance Technicians; Dining Room Servers; Line Cooks, Dishwashers; Front Desk Agents; Bellpersons; Housekeepers. Please submit an application to be considered for these periodic openings.
Bakery Supervisor- Full Time, year round. Supervises and coordinates activities of Bakery staff engaged in preparation of desserts, pastries, confections. Responsible for managing department inventory, ordering supplies and produce. Planning and preparation of future banquet and event orders. Supervises activities of workers engaged in mixing, dividing, molding, proofing, baking, slicing, and wrapping of breads and pastries. Examines dough batter for specified consistency. Oversees operation of automatic machinery. Weekends and holidays required.
Server- Full Time, year round, and seasonal. Serve guests meals and drinks in a polite and time efficient manner. Work as a team to ensure guest satisfaction with overall dining experience. Experience in fine dining preferred. Bartending experience preferred. Schedules vary. Weekends and holidays required.
Bellperson- Seasonal. The bellperson provides our guests with their first impression of Trapp Family Lodge. The bellperson greets guest, parks cars, takes guest luggage to rooms and familiarizes the guest with our amenities and services. Assists the guests upon check out. Delivers items to guest rooms, guest houses and villas. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. This position requires the use of company vehicle, and applicant must prove to have a clean driving record. Weekends and holidays required.
Housekeeping- Full Time and Part Time, year round. Crew leader positions available. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and stocking guest rooms and public areas to ensure Trapp Family Lodge's high standards of cleanliness and service. The applicant should have a customer focused mindset and positive attitude. The ability to multi-task and prioritize are essential. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekends and holidays required.
Housekeeping Supervisor- Full Time, year round. The housekeeping supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations in areas relating to Housekeeping and supervising Housekeeping staff. Oversees the allocations of units to be cleaned and inspects guest rooms before they are released for check in. Assists in ensuring that service and production standards are established and adhered to in a proper manner within the Housekeeping Departments. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior housekeeping experience required. Weekend and holidays required.
Sports Lifestyle Specialist- Seasonal. The Sports Lifestyle Specialist assists both the Outdoor Center and Fitness Center management team with delivering superior product knowledge, outstanding customer service and the development and implementation of new and relevant programing. Understands the significance of product relevance and sell through. Is forward thinking with a vision to identify and create programing, that contributes to the overall profitability the Fitness Center and Outdoor Center. Weekends and holidays required.
Night Auditor- Part Time, year round. The Night Auditor serves as the overnight reception agent while completing end of day tasks. Applicant should be able to work independently and have a good knowledge of computers. Experience with Springer-Miller HOST property management system is preferred. We are seeking a hardworking, detail orientated applicant who can assist guests with professionalism. Hours are 11pm-7am. Weekends and holidays required.
Reservations Agent- Part Time, year round. Answers all incoming reservation inquiries through phone, fax and mail. Guides perspective guests through rates and property amenities. Maintains sales of rooms and subsequent follow up of correspondence and rooming. Springer-Miller HOST property management system experience preferred. Schedule includes 9am-1pm, Monday through Friday.
DeliBakery Agent- Full Time, year round. Greets guests as they enter the Deli and assists them with their selection. Must be a team player and work well under busy conditions, while maintaining a positive attitude. Cashier experience preferred. Weekends and holidays required. Must be 18 years old.
Busser - Full Time, year round and seasonal. PM shifts available. Clears, resets tables, assists servers and guests. A great attitude and customer service orientation is what's important! Weekends and holidays required.
