Current Opportunities
AM and PM Bussers- Full Time or Part Time, year round. Clears, resets tables, assists servers and guests. A great attitude and customer service orientation is what's important! Weekends and holidays required.
AM and PM Dishwashers – Full Time or Part Time, year Round. AM and PM Shifts. Wash Dishes, stand on feet for 8 hours. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekends and Holidays required.
Line Cook – Full Time, Year Round, AM Shifts. Experience must include working in an a la carte line with grill and sauté stations. Culinary education preferred. Good safety and sanitation practices. Weekends and Holidays required .
Night Cleaner- Full Time, Year Round, Over Night Shifts. Responsible for cleaning the Main Lodge Kitchen. Thursday thru Monday shifts from 10pm-6am. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, taking appropriate initiative. Good attention to detail, able to lift 50 lbs. Weekends and holidays required.
PM Server – Full Time, year Round . Experience in fine dining preferred. Weekends and Holidays required.
