Complete Job Application

AM Server – Full Time or Part Time, year round. Serves guests meals and drinks in a polite and time efficient manner. Work as a team to insure guest satisfaction with overall dining experience. Weekends and holidays required.

Bellmen – Full Time or Part Time, year round. Greets guest, parks cars, takes guest luggage to rooms and familiarizes the guest with our amenities and services. Assists the guests upon check out. Delivers items to guest rooms, guest houses and villas. Need to be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Weekends and holidays required.

Housemen – Full Time, year round. Cleans public areas such as Dining Room and lounge, hallways, living rooms, patios, balconies, etc. in the Main Lodge. Ensures clean linen is delivered to the linen closets on each floor. Completes special assignments such as cleaning carpets, assembling furniture, assisting with Guest House cleaning. Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs. Must be able to be extremely accurate in work. Ability to multi-task and prioritize are essential. Weekends and holidays required.

Line Cook – Full Time, year round, PM shifts. Experience must include working in an a la carte line with grill, and sauté stations. Culinary education required. Good safety and sanitation practices. Weekends and holidays required.
