An evening of folk songs sang by the original von Trapp family members.

Meet the von Trapp children, Melanie, Sofia, Justin and Amanda. They are descendants of the famous singing family whose story captivated America in The Sound of Music. As the great-grandchildren of Captain Georg von Trapp they have inherited the family's unique musical gift. Their beautifully blended voices bring a fresh, pure sound to a diverse variety of music in this debut recording.

John Cassel, pianist at Trapp Family Lodge, released his second Christmas album, "Christmas Music From The Trapp Family Lodge" on December 12, 2007. Included are beautiful and soulful renditions of "Silent Night", "Angel We Have Haerd", "The Christmas Song", "O Tannenbaum" and " Let There Be Peace For Christmas l" with John's signature style that crosses the lines of jazz and classical sounds. The CD features , "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen", with Johannes von Trapp on recorders, accompanied by Bonnie Klimowski on Cellos and John on harpsichord.
