Executive Chef Jüergen Spagolla takes special pride in the European-style cuisine featured in our three restaurants - the Main Dining Room, the Lounge and the Austrian Tea Room - each with their own distinctive character. The new Wine Cellar can be reserved for private dinners, receptions and wine tastings. Larger gatherings and receptions can be held under a tent in our Picnic Meadow with spectacular mountain views.
We are happy to provide a set menu or assist you in planning a special theme menu of your choice. Our talented chefs prepare many Austrian and regional Vermont specialties - always featuring what is fresh and in season.
A continental breakfast buffet and prepared entrees are served in The Dining Room daily. Continental breakfast and coffee breaks can be served in the meeting rooms.
Lunches, cocktail receptions and dinners can be held in a variety of indoor and outdoor locations depending on the season.
Local musicians perform nightly in The Dining Room and The Lounge. Special arrangements can be made for private entertainment at your group's functions.
