We are delighted to announce that construction has begun on Villa 28, which is our first single family Villa, and also the first to be owned as full, year-round ownership. We plan to break ground on at least one additional duplex this fall, to be constructed over the winter.While the fractional ownership/private residence Club industry continues to experience tremendous worldwide growth, we are also seeing increased interest in whole ownership of The Villas.

While the 1/12th ownership option continues to be our most popular, the new 1/24th structure allows for ownership of as little as two weeks, combining a guaranteed week during peak season with a flexible non-prime week.
