Kids staying at our lodge can enjoy singalongs, nature scavenger hunts, kite flying, fishing, arts and crafts, air hockey, ping-pong, a rock-climbing wall, nature hikes, farm animal walks, and so much more! No matter which season you and your family choose to visit Trapp Family Lodge, you will find an exciting choice of activities to make your family vacation unique. Each season has its own twist to reveal the beauty of Vermont and Trapp Family Lodge to you and your family. And during the summer, each day features a different theme to ensure your child has fun and learns new things.  Mountain Kids Club is offered seasonally, please check with our activities department to confirm availability.

Mountain Kids Club 

AVAILABLE MID-JUNE THROUGH LABOR DAY

Mountain Kids Club is designed to offer kids from ages 3 to 12 years old, an opportunity for fun and adventure in Vermont!  In this exciting program, kids will enjoy swimming, rock climbing, crafts, games, education, snow fort building, science experiments, fine art and so much more! Space is limited. To participate and ensure a spot campers MUST be signed up by 8:00 PM the night Before.  Please refer to the checklist below for necessary items needed by children in the kids club.

All participants, please be sure to send your child to the Mountain Kids Club with ALL of the following items:

• outdoor foot wear
• rain jacket
• Extra pair of socks
• Swimsuit 
• Indoor Shoes

Important Notes

All children attending Mountain Kids Club must be completely toilet trained. Due to state laws, we are unable to accommodate children in pull-ups, diapers, or any other training devices. 

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause some families; please ask for a babysitting list at the front desk of the Fitness Center. 

MKC accommodates child between the ages of 3 and 12. If your child is older and would like to attend MKC, please contact the Fitness Center in advance.
