Check-In and Checkout Times
- Main Lodge check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am
- Guest House check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am
- Villa check in is at 5pm and check out is at 10am
Lodge Reservations
An advance deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the advance deposit. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival and forfeit the deposit in full. Changes or cancellations within 14 days or arrival are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. Reservation changes will be subject to availability and rate differences.
Some dates, including special events, peak demand times and holidays will be excluded from this policy change. Some special promotions require full prepayment and are non-refundable at time of booking or require 30-day cancellation notice. Please refer to the Reservations department with any questions.
Reservations made through a third party or online travel agent (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) may still have cancellation fees from the third party. Please contact your reservation provider for details on their policy.
Lodge Holiday Reservations (December 26 - January 1)
An advance deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Reservations cancelled prior to November 1st will receive a refund of the deposit, reservations cancelled after November 1st will forfeit the first night’s deposit. On December 1st the remaining balance of the reservation will be charged. Cancellations after December 1st will not be refunded.
Guest House & Villa Reservations
An advance deposit equal to 50% of the stay is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Reservations cancelled 30 or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit in full.
Guest House and Villa Holiday Reservations (December 22 – January 6)
An advance deposit equal to 50% of the stay is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Reservations cancelled prior to November 1st will receive a refund of the deposit. Reservations cancelled after November 1st will forfeit the full deposit. On December 1st the remaining balance of the reservation is due, and the reservation will be non-refundable
