We provide experiences, educational tours and group activities in Stowe such as: von Trapp history tours, brewery tours of von Trapp Brewing, tours to meet our herd of Scottish Highland cattle or our flock of Katadhin Sheep, picnics with Alpine Goats, guided hikes or snowshoe to the chapel that Werner von Trapp built by hand after World War II, group dining in our Main Dining Room, Mozart Room or Bierhall and much more! The possibilities are endless, and the views are unbeatable when you bring a group to Stowe, Vermont and stay at the Trapp Family Lodge!

Explore the many tours, activities and experiences that the lodge has to offer, year-round. The Lodge is open 365 days a year and offer various activities based on the season. 

Group Dining

We have multiple restaurants on site, able to handle large parties for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At the lodge we have our Main Dining Room, Salzburg and Mozart Rooms. The Bierhall has our Alcove, Ibex Room and Observation Deck. From mid-May through mid-October, we have our event tent which can accommodate groups of up to 250 guests for a sit-down meal. You may also reserve our Kaffeehaus as your own private event space, perfect for barbeques, welcome receptions, private dinners and more!
