HOA fees include common area landscaping, general and administrative fees, professional management fees, engineering and contract labor for common area repairs, common area road maintenance and snowplowing, common area security, property, general liability and other insurance for common elements and a capital reserve fund. Fees include access and use of the many amenities of the Trapp Family property, and on-site owner service support. Not included are real estate taxes, utilities, in-unit repairs & maintenance and housekeeping; but can be arranged at your discretion.

THE PROPERTY/LOCATION: We are a short drive off the Mountain Road with easy access to both the Village and downhill skiing at Mt. Mansfield—a perfect year-round location for all seasons.
AMENITIES: The 2,500 acres of the Trapp family property provide endless recreation and opportunities to enjoy the solitude of our trails and woodlands, including over 50 km of groomed Nordic trails for skiing and snowshoeing in the winter months. Spring through fall provides a variety of mountain bike trails, clay tennis courts, hiking, and even disc golf. Our fitness center offers stunning views while you swim, work out in our fitness and weight room, practice yoga, or relax in our outdoor hot tub. Schedule a massage session or other treatments, or arrange to take part in many on-site activities.
OWNER SERVICES & MANAGEMENT: Our service team is ready to help coordinate stays, cleanings, arrival requests, and activities. Enjoy your Villa while you are here, and be worry-free while you are away.
HISTORY: The Trapp Family has a special story and place in American folklore and they have made this hillside their home since 1942. Today, Trapp Family Lodge is still operating as a family business, with three generations of Trapp family members currently living on the property.
The triplexes are three attached townhome-style condos. The end units offer over 1500 sq. ft. and include a screened porch, while the center unit is over 1600 sq. ft. and has an outdoor deck. Each unit will have a carport with owner storage. All triplex Villas have a first-floor master bedroom and, on the second level, a two-bed bedroom and loft area.
Yes, you can work with our on-site office to make the most of the time you can’t be here. Ask us about available furniture packages if you wish to use our rental services.
The master bedroom is planned for a king-size bed, the secondary bedroom is planned for two queen-size beds, and the loft area can accommodate a sleeper sofa. See the floor plans for more details.

The von Trapp Family settled in Stowe in 1941 and began welcoming guests to the lodge in the 1950s. Trapp Family Lodge, Inc. currently operates the world-famous, 96-room lodge and renowned ski-touring center, bierhall & brewery.
