Water Strengthening Class with Katy Ann

Take advantage of this non-weight bearing class to help strengthen your muscles and joints. While in the pool you will also be able to work on balance, an important part of staying healthy. $15pp.

Making Hand Made Mittens with Katy Ann

Fall Foliage Hike to the Cabin
